Hypervisor AC

Privacy

Effective July 31, 2026

This notice describes how Hypervisor AC handles information through the public website and its invite-only anti-cheat service. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@hypervisor.ac.

Our role

For the public website and for our own customer and account records, we decide how information is handled. For data processed inside a protected game, we act on behalf of the customer who operates that experience: the customer determines that the Service is used in their game and remains responsible for informing their players. Players and others with questions about a specific game should contact that game’s operator, who can also raise a request with us.

Information we collect

When you book a consultation, we collect the name, email address, Discord username, and Roblox game link you submit. We also process limited technical information such as a one-way representation of the submitting IP address and browser identifier to prevent spam and abuse.

For invited accounts, we process account, authentication, role, session, and security information needed to provide access.

When Hypervisor protects a customer game, the Service processes game telemetry, Roblox account identifiers and public profile details such as username, display name, and avatar image, session and place connectivity, estimated device class, detection evidence, staff notes, and enforcement records, as part of providing the managed anti-cheat service. We do not ask for or seek real-world identity details, contact details, payment details, or precise location for players.

How we use information

  • Respond to consultation requests and operate customer relationships.
  • Provide, secure, monitor, and improve the Hypervisor service.
  • Investigate anti-cheat evidence and carry out authorized enforcement.
  • Prevent fraud, spam, unauthorized access, and misuse.
  • Maintain attributable security and operational audit records.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

We rely on our and our customers’ legitimate interests in keeping games fair and secure, on the performance of our agreements, and on compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use player data for advertising or automated profiling outside the anti-cheat purpose described here.

Children

Roblox experiences are used by children. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them: the website and panels are for customer staff, and account holders must be adults. Within a protected game we process the Roblox account identifiers and public profile details described above, which may relate to a minor, only for anti-cheat purposes and only on the instruction of the game operator. A parent or guardian who wishes to raise a request about a player should contact the operator of that experience, or contact us and we will work with them.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers where needed to operate Hypervisor, such as hosting, database infrastructure, and transactional email delivery. Enforcement actions are transmitted to Roblox through its official interfaces using credentials the customer supplies. We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of players, customers, or ourselves, and in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service. Customer game data is kept within its authorized tenant except where internal cross-game analysis is necessary to operate and secure the managed service — for example detecting a malfunctioning detection before it affects players.

International transfers

The Service is currently operated from the United States, and information may be processed there and in the locations of the providers described above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Retention

Retention varies by record type. Raw detection telemetry, heartbeat records, session rows, and status observations are deleted after approximately 180 days, and short-lived operational counters sooner. Records that establish what was decided and why — bans and reversals, approvals, policy certificates, audit entries, and daily service history — are retained for as long as needed for security, enforcement integrity, dispute handling, and legal obligations, and may be retained indefinitely. Consultation enquiries are kept for as long as needed to operate the relationship.

Security

Hypervisor uses access controls, encrypted secrets, tenant separation, audit logging, encrypted backups, and other technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security, and we do not warrant that unauthorized access will never occur.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests to contact@hypervisor.ac and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act for a game or an account, and requests about data inside a protected game are handled together with the customer who operates it.

Some information will remain where retention is required for security, enforcement integrity, dispute handling, contractual obligations, or applicable law. In particular, we generally retain the record of an enforcement action and its supporting evidence even after a related request, because deleting it would prevent us from showing that an action was justified and from reversing it correctly.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service, its providers, or its legal identity change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
